The worst experience, never ever use this service. Order did not come as full as I ordered and paid for.

The box was opened and half of the order was missing. It took me a month to wait for a result until they finished their investigation with UPS. Finally, after a 1.5 month fight, I didn't get my missing product, and they sent me a refund...

If you're looking for trouble, you're on the right direction... no more business with FragranceX.

Stolen card details

Hi, thank you for reaching out. So far, I've responded to FragranceX's request to provide my bank statement and the last 4 digits on my card, so I did.

They responded that they've flagged the order as fraudulent, but since it has already been shipped, they're unable to cancel it at this time. They informed they will reach out to the courier to see if they can stop the shipment and have it returned to them. I have not heard from them since Friday. I would really need further information about the courier and the name of the delinquent individual who made the purchase, their email address, telephone number, home address - any information I can get to make a report to the customs officers.

I cannot afford to lose $1500.

I need it back in my account. I really hope this order returns back to FragranceX.

Returned product not by the buyer

I would like a full refund for what I ordered as I did not authorize the return or two of the products reimbursed and sent back to me. This was good product I liked and that I was using for a good price.

I have tried calling many times, this used to be my favorite company, now there is no customer service at all. I ordered thousands of dollars from your site and I dont see effort to make me loyal.

I gave specific & crucial instructions on how my package should be delivered through numerous emails & even the words were printed "PUT IN A PARCEL LOCKER" but still it was thrown at the door unattended.

I ordered Eternity & Boss Unlimited from FragranceX.com. Requested on my order & insisted on emails after that that it shouldn't be left at the door but locked in a parcel locker because packages go missing where I live but still they left it by the door unattended.

They sent me a picture of the package which was clearly printed on "PUT IN THE PARCEL LOCKER" left at the door.

It went missing & when I claimed they made me wait 2 months & told me they cannot pay because they couldn't access the parcel locker, they never asked the building superintendent they just threw it on the door. In my opinion the delivery guy should have been smart enough to know why the package was printed "PUT IN PARCEL LOCKER" & atleast take it back with him if he couldn't deliver it there.
I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

So 2 weeks ago i ordered and paid for a bottle of Boss Orange for women and i am still awaiting for my order thus making me worried as its a Christmas Present.

I have requested the link for my account as i forgot my password and i haven't had a response from you ie sending me a link to change my password enabling me to log into my account and be able to track my order.

I would like to order again from you as you have scents i would like to buy but due to the non response i have had i am very concerned that not only i have paid for goods and not yet received them but also the customer service that i had had despite the emails requesting a link to change my password.

1) Can you please let me know where my perfume is?

2) Send me the link i have requested more than twice?

3) Put my mind at ease that i haven't been ripped off, my money basically hasn't been stollen

4) Doung the above so that i may be able to not only order again from you but letting me that you are a real company please?

The perfume was to be a Christmas present of all things. It's taken countless clicking on the link to reset my password and never received the link so unable to gain access to my account. I haven't heard anything from this company until TODAY its not good is it a company not doing what they are supposed to do?? Wheres my ORDER and WHERE HAS MY MONEY GONE???? As of 15.58 on 15th December 2023 I am still waiting to hear back from them. It is my belief I WON'T hear back from them nor will I get the PERFUME ordered and as for my MONEY will I think I will be fighting to get it back. DISAPPOINTED, UPSET, ANGRY thats just the tip of the iceberg as the saying goes. This experience has made me NOT wanna shop on line AGAIN
