I haven't heard anything from this company until TODAY its not good is it a company not doing what they are supposed to do? Wheres my ORDER and WHERE HAS MY MONEY GONE? As of 15.58 on 15th December 2023 I am still waiting to hear back from them. It is my belief I WON'T hear back from them nor will I get the PERFUME ordered and as for my MONEY will I think I will be fighting to get it back. DISAPPOINTED, UPSET, ANGRY thats just the tip of the iceberg as the saying goes. This experience has made me NOT wanna shop on line AGAIN", "I 100% recommend this service", "Look around they sell stuff on Amazon", "Only order if you don’t have any questions.".

LOST PACKAGE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.
I gave specific & crucial instructions on how my package should be delivered through numerous emails & even the words were printed "PUT IN A PARCEL LOCKER" but still it was thrown at the door unattended.
They sent me a picture of the package which was clearly printed on "PUT IN THE PARCEL LOCKER" left at the door.
It went missing & when I claimed they made me wait 2 months & told me they cannot pay because they couldn't access the parcel locker, they never asked the building superintendent they just threw it on the door. In my opinion the delivery guy should have been smart enough to know why the package was printed "PUT IN PARCEL LOCKER" & atleast take it back with him if he couldn't deliver it there.
I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Where's my order

So 2 weeks ago i ordered and paid for a bottle of Boss Orange for women and i am still awaiting for my order thus making me worried as its a Christmas Present.
I have requested the link for my account as i forgot my password and i haven't had a response from you ie sending me a link to change my password enabling me to log into my account and be able to track my order.
I would like to order again from you as you have scents i would like to buy but due to the non response i have had i am very concerned that not only i have paid for goods and not yet received them but also the customer service that i had had despite the emails requesting a link to change my password.
1) Can you please let me know where my perfume is?
2) Send me the link i have requested more than twice?
3) Put my mind at ease that i haven't been ripped off, my money basically hasn't been stollen
4) Doung the above so that i may be able to not only order again from you but letting me that you are a real company please?

Earlier this year l purchased my second bottle of europhia love it the only thing about this product itbleais and l pose oodles of perfume l find with this perfume where you spray its way too short and l lose much perfume no use in taking a darn picture of this as l really dont believe you believe me l purchased it with salvage and l really dont think l will purchase another l do buy for others on here and all our high disapointed in the packaging suggestion make the spray higher as well drips on outfits as well damaging them thanks for listening
